Greetings, My name is Brennah Green. I’m 19 years old looking to make every living or commercial space stress free from everyday messes. As a side hustle I’ve aimed to grow my Art career and use my creativity to make others' homes feel more welcoming. I’ve been raised and baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness for 8 years. Having a clean space makes not only God happy but also ourselves. Having a clean living space helps relieve part of the stress this world throws at us.
In my preteen years I helped my mom’s cleaning jobs of various homes. I’ve volunteered for various cleaning projects for renovations of Kingdom halls of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Here locally in Adamsville I volunteer on a weekly basis from small weekly tidy work to yearly spring cleaning for the entire building. I have also volunteered for construction projects during and after.My past employment includes Very Important Pets where I worked as a receptionist, Kennel Care, and Cleaning for 3 years. I also currently work at Pine Meadows Nursing home and Rehab Facility where I do Light and Deep cleaning on a basis. Lastly, of course I clean my home for my family to show my appreciation for all they’ve done for me.I want to see God and others happy, striving to help others with no judgement, just clean homes for people and pets. - How do you determine your pricing?

I go based on my personal experience for the hourly rate and the number of products I use on the cleaning job. These, plus the sales tax the state requires, affect my pricing on a job.

- Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

I use no dangerous products and use only what I need for the job. Fragrance free products can be requested for pet and children's allergies. No products will be left behind or unsupervised.

- Can I customize my cleaning plan?

Yes! every job site is different and may need additional services or time. If this is a case an agreement from both parties before the start of the cleaning job must be agreed upon. If any additional services during the cleaning job happen, then a new agreement must be made before continuing.

- What should I do to prepare for a cleaning appointment?

The only thing you have to do is provide a vacuum cleaner and a day for yourself! You are welcome to stay on the site during the cleaning job, but I recommend you make a day to yourself, or the family, outside the location during the cleaning. Then when you arrive home you can feel better after a long day's hard work!

- Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

I will provide all basic cleaning supplies besides a vacuum cleaner to avoid contaminating other job sights. A charge for the cleaning supplies, such as cleaning sprays, used will be charged after the cleaning job.

- How Do You Manage Access to My Home (Keys/Codes)?

Keys/Codes are kept in a lockbox. Keys are returned for non-recurring job sites

- What Is Your Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy?

You can reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment to avoid a fee of $50

- Can You Provide Reviews and References?

- What Is Your Satisfaction Guarantee?

100%! If you're not happy then please call within 12 hours of the cleaning job and I will schedule a re-clean!

- How Do You Handle Accidental Damage or Breakage?

I will do my best to handle everything on the location with care. if an accident does happen then it will be recorded and taken care of quickly!

- Are You Insured and Bonded?

Currently I'm not Insured or Bonded as of April 22, 2026.

BACKGROUND
A. The Client is of the opinion that the Contractor has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide cleaning services
to the Client.
B. The Contractor is agreeable to providing such cleaning services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, (collectively the "Parties" to this Agreement) agree as follows:
SERVICES PROVIDED
1. The Client hereby agrees to engage the Contractor to provide the Client with the following cleaning services (the "Services"):
.Commercial Cleaning Services typically focused on offices and retail spaces :
. Office Cleaning – dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, sanitizing desks, phones, and common areas.
. Janitorial Services – cleaning and restocking of restrooms and breakrooms.Residential Cleaning Services Focused on private homes, apartments, and rental properties. :
. Standard House Cleaning – dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
. Deep Cleaning – intensive cleaning of neglected or hard-to-reach areas (e.g., behind appliances, baseboards).
. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning – full top-to-bottom cleaning for tenants or property sales.
. Laundry and Linen Services – washing, folding, and changing bed linens.
. Seasonal or Spring Cleaning – full house refresh at specific times of the year.
Pet Spaces Cleaning Services Focused on private homes, apartments, rental properties, and Pet Facilities :
. Kennel cleaning - Cleaning Messes, Fur, and sanitizing with zero fragrance
. Yard cleaning - Cleaning and disposing of animal droppings
2. The venue for delivery of the Services is:
. the home or business of the client.
3. The time for delivery of the Services is:
. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as arranged and agreed upon by the client and contractor
4. The Services will also include any other cleaning tasks which the Parties may agree on. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Client.
TERM OF AGREEMENT
5. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.
PERFORMANCE
6. The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.
CURRENCY
7. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in USD (US Dollars).
COMPENSATION
8. The Contractor will charge the Client for the Services at the rate of $50.00 per hour (the "Compensation").
9. A fee of $50.00 for rescheduled and canceled appointments that are under 24 hours before the appointment time. This is payable by the Client upon execution of this Agreement.
10. The Client will be invoiced when the Services are complete.
11. Invoices submitted by the Contractor to the Client are due within 30 days of receipt.
12. In the event that this Agreement is terminated by the Client prior to completion of the Services but where the Services have been partially performed, the Contractor will be entitled to pro rata payment of the Compensation to the date of termination provided that there has been no breach of contract on the part of the Contractor.
13. The Compensation as stated in this Agreement does not include sales tax, or other applicable duties as may be required by law. Any sales tax and duties required by the law will be charged to the client in addition to the compensation.
REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES
14. The contractor will be reimbursed for the following expenses reasonably incurred by the Contractor in connection with providing the Services:
. cleaning products such as Cleaning Sprays, Gloves, and Sanitary wipes including any extra supplies that aren't normally required for a cleaning job.
INTEREST ON LATE PAYMENTS
15. Interest payable on any overdue amounts under this Agreement is charged at a rate of 25.00% per annum or at the maximum rate enforceable under applicable legislation, whichever is lower.
CONFIDENTIALITY
16. Confidential information (the "Confidential Information") refers to any data or information relating to the Client, whether business or personal, which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to the Client and that is not generally known and where the release of that confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Client.
17. The Contractor agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential Information which the Contractor has obtained, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law. The Contractor further agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any personal information of the Client, without the prior written consent of the Client. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this Agreement.
RETURN OF PROPERTY
18. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Contractor will return to the Client any property, documentation, records, or confidential Information which is the property of the Client.
CAPACITY/INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
19. In providing the Services under this Agreement it is expressly agreed that the Contractor is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee. The Contractor and the Client acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them, and is exclusively a contract for service. The Client is not required to pay, or make any contributions to, any social security, local, state or federal tax, unemployment compensation, workers' compensation, insurance premium, profit-sharing, pension or any other employee benefit for the Contractor during the Term. The Contractor is responsible for paying, and complying with reporting requirements for, all local, state and federal taxes related to payments made to the Contractor under this Agreement.
AUTONOMY
20. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Contractor will have full control over working time, methods, and decision making in relation to provision of the Services in accordance with the Agreement. The Contractor will work autonomously and not at the direction of the Client. However, the Contractor will be responsive to the reasonable needs and concerns of the Client.
EQUIPMENT
21. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Contractor will provide at the Contractor's own expense, any and all equipment, accessories, chemicals, solvents, cleaning fluids, workwear and any other supplies necessary to deliver the Services in accordance with the Agreement.
NO EXCLUSIVITY
22. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is non-exclusive and that either Party will be free, during and after the Term, to engage or contract with third parties for the provision of services similar to the Services.
NOTICE
23. All notices, requests, demands or other communications required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement will be given in writing and delivered to the Parties at the following addresses:

or to such other address as either Party may from time to time notify the other, and will be deemed to be properly delivered (a) immediately upon being served personally, (b) two days after being deposited with the postal service if served by registered mail, or (c) the following day after being deposited with an overnight courier.
INDEMNIFICATION
24. Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
25. Any amendment or modification of this Agreement or additional obligation assumed by either Party in connection with this Agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing signed by each Party or an authorized representative of each Party.
TIME OF THE ESSENCE
26. Time is of the essence in this Agreement. No extension or variation of this Agreement will operate as a waiver of this provision.
ASSIGNMENT
27. The Contractor will not voluntarily, or by operation of law, assign or otherwise transfer its obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
28. It is agreed that there is no representation, warranty, collateral agreement or condition affecting this Agreement except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
ENUREMENT
29. This Agreement will ensure to the benefit of and be binding on the Parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators and permitted successors and assigns.
TITLES/HEADINGS
30. Headings are inserted for the convenience of the Parties only and are not to be considered when interpreting this Agreement.
GENDER
31. Words in the singular mean and include the plural and vice versa. Words in the masculine mean and include the feminine and vice versa.
GOVERNING LAW
32. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
SEVERABILITY
33. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder of this Agreement.
WAIVER
34. The waiver by either Party of a breach, default, delay or omission of any of the provisions of this Agreement by the other Party will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provisions.
